About

A Church Reborn

Old-world glamour meets modern energy inside one of Fort Lauderdale's most storied rooms.

The restored 1920s church dining room at Jay's with chandeliers and stained glass

Jay's lives inside a restored 1920s church in the heart of Flagler Village. The bones of the sanctuary are still here: a stone facade, soaring arched windows, vaulted ceilings and original stained glass, now wrapped in plush leather booths, deep red velvet curtains, and the low glow of candlelight.

By day it's a refined steakhouse: USDA Prime and dry-aged cuts, a raw bar built around the day's catch, and a drinks program that doesn't miss. By night the room shifts. Live music, DJs and cabaret turn dinner into something closer to a performance, and three bars keep the energy going late.

It's where old-world glamour and modern swagger break bread at the same table. The kind of place where Frank Sinatra and Biggie Smalls would have felt right at home.
